Its the most common question that is asked by investors.. Everyone wants to know the companies which are performing well & provide strength to their portfolio. Do you know Unlisted segment is 100x bigger than listed market ??  Rather, it remains undisclosed and trading of such shares is done on the over the counter (OTC) market. The buying and selling of these unlisted stocks in the OTC market are done with the help of market makers or dealers. Unlisted shares are usually issued by smaller or new firms that cannot or do not wish to comply with the listing requirements like market capitalization thresholds or payment of listing fees. Since they are not exchange-traded, unlisted securities are often less liquid than listed securities.
